Shipping & Delivery Policy

Indian Creative Talent (indiancreativetalent.com) provides online creative competitions. Our service is digital — there are no physical goods to ship when you register. This policy explains how and when each part of the service is delivered.

1. Registration confirmation — instant

As soon as your payment succeeds, your registration is confirmed. You will see a confirmation page with your registration number, and a confirmation email is sent instantly to your registered email address. Your registration also appears immediately in My Dashboard, where you can upload your entry. If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

2. Uploading your entry — online

Entries are submitted online through your dashboard before the competition deadline. There is no need to post or courier any physical artwork to us.

3. Digital certificates — after results

After results are announced (on or around the result date shown on each competition page), digital certificates are made available in your dashboard for download and printing. You will be notified by email. Each certificate has a unique ID and QR code that can be verified online. Certificates are not physically shipped unless a competition page explicitly says so.

4. Physical prizes and trophies (if any)

Some competitions may include physical prizes such as trophies, medals or art kits, as described on the competition page. Where applicable:

  • Physical prizes are shipped within 15–30 days of the results announcement to the postal address provided by the winner.
  • Winners will be contacted by email/phone to confirm their full shipping address. Delays in confirming the address will delay dispatch.
  • Shipping is free of charge within India, through reputed courier or India Post services. Tracking details will be shared once dispatched where available.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses provided by the winner, or events beyond our control. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping may be at the winner's cost.
  • If a prize arrives damaged, please email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.

5. Cash prizes

Cash prizes are paid by bank transfer or UPI within 30 days after KYC verification is completed by the winner (or the parent/guardian for minors). KYC may include the account holder's name, bank account/UPI details, and PAN where required. Applicable TDS will be deducted as per Indian tax law. Cash prizes are paid only to accounts in India.

6. Service area

Our competitions are available online throughout India. Physical prizes are delivered only to addresses within India.
