Frequently asked questions
Everything about registering, paying, uploading, results and certificates.
Registration
Anyone living in India who fits the age group of a competition can participate. Each competition page lists its age group and eligibility. Participants under 18 must be registered by, or with the consent of, a parent or guardian.
Open the competition page and tap Register now. Log in with your email (we send a one-time code — no password needed), fill in the participant details, and pay the entry fee. You will get a confirmation email with your registration number instantly.
Yes. Parents and teachers can register multiple participants from one account. Simply register once for each participant — every registration gets its own registration number and certificate.
Absolutely. You can join as many competitions as you like, as long as you meet each one's age and eligibility rules.
Yes. Each competition shows a live countdown to its deadline. Registration and entry upload both close at the deadline, so please register early and upload before time runs out.
Payments & refunds
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. You can pay using UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), debit or credit cards, net banking and supported wallets.
Yes. Your payment is handled entirely by Razorpay, a RBI-compliant payment gateway. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details.
Don't worry — this usually resolves automatically within a few minutes. Check My Dashboard. If it is still pending after 30 minutes, contact us with your registration number and payment reference. If the payment did not reach us, your bank or Razorpay will reverse it automatically, usually within 5–7 working days.
Entry fees are generally non-refundable once a competition is accepting entries. You will get a full refund if we cancel the competition, if you were charged twice or for a failed payment, or if you request cancellation within 24 hours of registering and before uploading your entry. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Yes. A payment confirmation with your registration number and payment ID is emailed to you and is always available in your dashboard.
Uploading
After payment, go to My Dashboard and tap Upload entry next to your registration. Choose a photo from your gallery or take a new one, add a title, and submit.
Most competitions accept photos in JPG, PNG or WEBP. Some also accept video or PDF — this is mentioned on the competition page. The maximum file size is 10 MB.
Use natural daylight, keep the camera straight above the artwork, make sure the whole work is in the frame, and avoid shadows and heavy filters. A clear photo helps judges see your work at its best.
Yes — you can replace your entry any number of times until the competition deadline. Only the latest upload is judged.
Check your internet connection, make sure the file is under 10 MB and in an accepted format, and try again. If it still fails, contact us before the deadline and we will help.
Judging & results
Independent judges score each eligible entry on creativity and originality, technique and skill, relevance to the theme and overall presentation. Where a competition has age groups, entries are compared within the same group. Learn more.
No. Entries must be the participant's own original work. AI-generated, traced, copied or plagiarised entries are disqualified without refund.
The expected result date is shown on each competition page. Results are published on our Results page, and every participant is notified by email and in their dashboard.
Cash prizes are transferred by bank transfer or UPI within 30 days after the winner completes a simple KYC verification. Physical prizes, if any, are shipped to the address provided. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
The judges' decision is final and individual scores are not shared. If you believe there has been a technical error, contact us within 7 days of results.
Certificates
Yes. Every participant who submits a valid entry receives a digital participation certificate. Winners and merit holders receive special certificates.
Once results are announced, certificates appear in My Dashboard. You can download or print them any time.
Every certificate has a unique ID and a QR code. Anyone can scan the QR code or enter the ID on our Verify Certificate page to confirm it is genuine.
Certificates use the participant name entered at registration. If there is a spelling mistake, contact us with your registration number and we will correct it.
Account & OTP
No. We use secure one-time codes (OTP) sent to your email. Just enter your email, type the 6-digit code, and you are logged in.
Wait a minute and check your Spam, Promotions or Updates folder. Make sure the email address is typed correctly. You can request a new code after a short wait. If it still doesn't arrive, write to us at indiancreativetalent@gmail.com.
Codes are valid for a few minutes and can only be used once. Request a fresh code and use the most recent one.
Log in and open My Dashboard → Profile to update your name, phone, city and other details.
You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time — contact us. See our Privacy Policy for details.
